When will I receive my order?
We take 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that.
Average Shipping Times:
UK: Usually 2-5 working days
Spain: Usually 6-8 working days
FAQ’s
I have a problem with my order – what do I do?
Our returns policy covers manufacturing errors but we’d love to try and help you with any questions you have. Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 14 days after receiving the order. Send it to support@mysevensinsclothing.com
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products – simply send us a few, clear photos with your name and date on a piece of paper shown in the same photo!
Custom fee’s
In the situation where any fee’s are charged for by your local customs office, you are responsible for paying these fee’s. We ship internationally and are a UK based company.
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
We produce all orders on demand. All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with support@mysevensinsclothing.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office – in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address – we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 2 weeks after estimated delivery time – If reported outside of the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered – but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it – we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address. We will help you track the order and make any claims with the delivery company.
Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition and is the result of the print process and curing. This will disappear after the first wash and being outside of the packaging.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.

Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Within 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please notify us by eMail before returning the item and make sure to include your name, address, and instructions with the returned item.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
What if I’ve received a damaged product?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@mysevensinsclothing.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What if the size doesn’t fit me?
We recommend check the size charts on each product to be sure your choose the right size.
